UT Launcher/Speech server
A launcher and speech server for Unreal Tournament 2004.
This is a program to replace the launcher and speech server in Mohammed Adeel’s Audio UT2k4, a mutator which makes Unreal Tournament accessible for blind gamers.
With this launcher, the .net framework is no longer a requirement, UT 2k4 loads much faster and UT does not have to be installed on the C drive.
